Job Details
5+ years of construction project management experience
Experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations
Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers
Strong understanding of construction documents and contracts
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar)
Ability to lead project meetings and maintain project reporting
Experience ensuring jobsite safety compliance and quality control
Ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects
Strong communication and organizational skills
