Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Lead and manage municipal civil engineering projects from start to finish.
+ Prepare and present proposals to secure new business.
+ Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
+ Serve as the primary contact for municipal clients while overseeing internal and external project teams.
+ Actively participate in expanding our presence in the Greater Madison area and beyond.
+ Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff and sub-consultants to deliver high-quality results.
+ Represent the company in municipal meetings and public forums.
+ Assist with mentorship and development of junior team members.

Qualifications -

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited U.S. institution.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Wisconsin.
+ Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience, including 2+ years managing projects or teams.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused approach.
+ Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software preferred.
