Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multi-discipline teams on water and wastewater projects, from planning through construction.
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality assurance, and staff coordination.
Execute technical design tasks including preliminary and final design, specifications, permitting, and bid-phase services.
Perform flow projections, hydraulic modeling, master planning, detailed design calculations, cost estimating, and CIP development.
Mentor and develop junior staff in technical and project management skills.
Engage in business development, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building client relationships.
Serve as a key representative to clients, contractors, design partners, and professional organizations.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater projects
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
Proficient in technical writing, verbal communication, and leadership in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and develop business.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and industry-specific software.

Preferred:

Over 7 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years as an engineer-of-record.
Experience with cross-market projects, trenchless pipeline design, and alternative project delivery methods.
Proven client management and business development success in Central and/or North Florida.
