Project Manager - PE

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and passionate Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects related to water, wastewater, land development, heavy civil, and civil engineering. You will play a critical role in managing the project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closure. This role demands an individual with a P.E. License and a strong understanding of roadway and drainage systems. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
• Utilize project management best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare and manage project budget and costs.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Oversee the planning and design of heavy civil engineering projects, including water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage systems.
• Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Must possess a Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing projects related to water, wastewater, land development, heavy civil, and civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of roadway and drainage systems.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• High-level of competency in project management and the execution of multiple large projects.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
