Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Project Manager. This role is a critical component of our team, overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific plumbing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in plumbing project management, plumbing estimation, and commercial plumbing.
Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including estimates and schedules, to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of plumbing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables with the project team and other departments.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the plumbing estimator to provide accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making with respect to project challenges and changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and state regulations are met.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumbing project manager, plumbing estimator, or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
• Expertise in project management techniques and tools, including estimates and schedules.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A thorough understanding of safety regulations and legal guidelines.
• Professional certification in project management will be an added advantage.
• A valid plumbing license is preferred.
