Job Details
As a Renovations Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through completion, ensuring each job is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate with clients, and lead project execution with a focus on communication, efficiency, and client satisfaction. (Project sizes are $100k-$10M+

- Plan, organize, and oversee renovation projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract management.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and internal teams.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with renovation or tenant improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
