We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Project Manager for our Restoration division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, making it a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager in the Restoration division, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinating and managing all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Implementing and maintaining project management procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of projects.
5. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
6. Providing regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager role in the Restoration division, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, with specific experience in restoration projects.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
6. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
7. A strong understanding of construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
8. A professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
