We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Handle any arising issues or complexities that may affect the project timeline or budget.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate project performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management is required, with 15 years of experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Ideally in the HEALTHCARE space.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • A professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
