Job Details

Overview: We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Kentucky. In this role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects involving our specialized air equipment. You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Job Details:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site visits and inspections. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met. Prepare and

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in HVAC or specialized air equipment sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Knowledge of HVAC systems and specialized air equipment.
  • Certifications: PMP, LEED AP, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
