Job Details
As a Project Manager for Stucco/Drywall/Metal Framing, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid background in drywall, metal framing, and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be working with a diverse team of professionals, coordinating and managing all project activities, and ensuring that all project objectives are met. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in drywall, metal framing, and project management.
- Proven working experience in construction project management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
