Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of subsurface utility engineering projects, from initial planning and design to construction and completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize AutoCad, Revit, and Microstation to design and plan subsurface utility projects.
  • Conduct utility locating and mapping to identify and map underground utilities.
  • Oversee construction management to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other project team members to ensure all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on subsurface utilities.
  • Proven experience with AutoCad, Revit, and Microstation.
  • Strong knowledge of utility locating, utility mapping, and surveying.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.
