Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from initial bid to final close-out
  • Lead pre-construction and in-progress meetings with clients
  • Manage RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely tracking and resolution
  • Solicit and track subcontractor proposals during the bidding process
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to keep timelines on track
  • Coordinate meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Procure materials and ensure timely delivery for ongoing projects

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
  • Expertise in tenant improvements is required
  • Experience with grocery, cold storage, refrigeration, medical offices, retail, and restaurants is a plus
  • Ground-up construction experience is beneficial but not required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office Suite
  • Strong skills in contract review, document management, and subcontractor negotiations
