Our organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager, specializing in Tilt-Up and Self Storage construction. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of our leading team where you will oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects from planning to implementation. As a Project Manager, you will be the key individual responsible for the overall success of the project, ensuring all stages are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
9. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a construction project management role, specifically with tilt-up and self-storage projects.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
8. Excellent time and project management skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Proven leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
12. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
13. A team player with leadership abilities.
14. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on tilt-up and self-storage facilities.
