Job Details

This is a 1.5-year flagship project with a respected and successful general contractor building water infrastructure. Once complete, you'll have the opportunity to transition into your choice of regional offices (AZ, TX, or UT), working on local projects while continuing to grow your career with long-term stability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of wastewater construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing self-performed water infrastructure construction.
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Willingness to temporarily relocate or live near southern New Mexico.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
