Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Oversee site development, water/wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, and related civil scopes.
  • Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Lead change order management, pay applications, and RFIs.
  • Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
  • Experience working on water infrastructure, site development, or municipal utility projects.
  • Proven track record in managing project budgets, cost tracking, and schedule performance.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, P6, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
