We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee various wood frame construction projects, including apartments, senior living facilities, and dormitories, among others. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of multiple projects, ensuring the timely flow of people, resources, and information.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide directive, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Implement and manage efficient processes to streamline project execution and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Coordinate with trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow.
Oversee on-site management to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and any issues needing resolution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in wood frame construction.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with large scale wood frame construction projects.
