Based in Minneapolis, we are an established GC that has been in business for over 70 years! Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager with Multi-Family, Senior Living, Hospitality and/or Wood Frame experience! Born as a remodeler of single family homes, we've added commercial and development divisions to provide comprehensive construction services. Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Wood frame and multi-family experience is a must!
3. Minimum 5+ years of experience in estimating in a construction general contractor environment.
4. Solid knowledge of commercial and industrial construction methodologies and processes.
5. Proficiency in project management software, including scheduling and cost control systems.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
9. Excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
10. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar would be advantageous.
