We are seeking a Project Manager experienced in the due diligence, entitlements, and post-entitlements process. You should be comfortable working with architects, designers, and civil engineers to ensure local government approval.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
· Estimate and develop appropriate project budgets and scopes
· Ensure project tasks are completed within budget and on schedule
· Monitor and report project updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members
· Anticipate and prepare/delegate change orders and contract amendments
· Identify and communicate project risks
· Manage sub-contractors and vendors as needed
· Leverage innovative solutions skills to navigate project complexities as needed
· Ensure all internal and external interactions with team members, vendors, and clients meet expectations
· Provide leadership and mentorship to the project management team and junior associates

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related California work experience
· Strong leadership ability
· Experience with complex entitlement, CEQA, and post-entitlement processes required
· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with advanced problem-solving skills
· Passion for learning all aspects of development and construction including CEQA and technical studies
· Experience with development-related software (e.g., Smart Sheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Bluebeam) preferred
· Experience in reading technical reports, construction and design drawings, and municipal codes required
· Construction permitting experience preferred
