Job Details:

We are searching for a highly motivated, experienced and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is integral to our company’s success, providing strategic leadership in our construction projects, and ensuring that all aspects of our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction planning to project completion. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing multifamily & commercial construction projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Directing and coordinating all project activities from preconstruction to project completion.
• Developing and executing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Managing and coordinating with the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Managing project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Reviewing and approving project designs and deliverables.
• Ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and compliance on all projects.
• Providing leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Identifying and managing project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Reporting on project progress, issues, and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily & commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in preconstruction planning and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• PMP certification is a plus.
