We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, drafting, project management, strategic planning, and manufacturing operations management. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed on time and within budget. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to create, implement, and track project plans and schedules. This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of project management, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
3. Manage project budgets, including resources, materials, and labor costs.
4. Coordinate with various departments, including design, drafting, and manufacturing, to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Use strategic planning to identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
6. Utilize manufacturing operations management skills to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
7. Use Excel and Quickbooks for project tracking, reporting, and financial management.
8. Interpret blueprints, fabrication plans, and other technical documents related to manufacturing projects.
9. Oversee woodworking and other fabrication processes, ensuring safety standards and quality control measures are in place.
10. Conduct regular project reviews and generate reports on project status.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in design, drafting, strategic planning, and manufacturing operations management.
4. Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks.
5. Strong understanding of blueprints, fabrication processes, and woodworking techniques.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments.
10. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Minnesota.
