An industry-leading eletrical construction company is on the hunt for a dynamic, results-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our industrial, energy, and electrical projects, ensuring that they are executed to the highest standards and within budget. This is a critical role that requires a strategic planner and team leader who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain schedules, control costs, and drive the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
3. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and manage project budget and project resource allocation.
4. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, and track project milestones and deliverables.
5. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
6. Implement project improvements and best practices to enhance project quality.
7. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
8. Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
9. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
10. Work on project/program core teams and lead project/program management staff, including project engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial, energy, and electrical projects.
3. Proven familiarity with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards.
4. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
5. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team leadership and a record of driving project milestones to completion.
6. Proficient in project management software, MS Office Suite, and modern business tools.
7. Strong understanding of cost control procedures and the ability to work within budget constraints.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
9. Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and management.
10. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
