We are seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative, and growing company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction project from start to finish.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Manage risks and issues, and implement any necessary changes or adjustments.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction industry.
Proven experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
