- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience supervising concrete field testing technicians or related field/lab services.
- Expertise in concrete coring, sample collection, and compression strength testing.
- Proven ability to manage scheduling, expense reports, and monthly reporting (40+ reports/month).
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in project coordination and field operations oversight.
