Job Details

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing healthcare and/or federal construction projects
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery for the VA or Army Corps of Engineers
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Manage large-scale healthcare and federal construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with VA and Army Corps of Engineers standards and regulations
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
