Job Details
Lead end-to-end management of concrete construction projects, including estimating, planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking. Oversee compliance with safety, permitting, and structural requirements, while partnering with Superintendents on work plans and sequencing. Represent the company in client meetings and proposals, manage subcontractors, and resolve jobsite issues. Foster collaboration with design teams and trade partners, support field documentation and internal processes, and mentor junior staff—all while upholding a strong culture of safety and quality.
