Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and project leader, ensuring the project progresses smoothly.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to completing the job and representing the company, including making commitments on cost and schedule matters in accordance with guidelines.
  • Supervise all contract administration activities, including change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's contracts and the parties involved.
  • Obtain all necessary permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to effectively coordinate work activities.
  • Supervise and manage the project team members.
  • Possess a deep understanding of key project issues and priorities, and prepare and submit monthly job status reports.
  • Provide overall administrative and technical leadership for the project.
  • Maintain project records and monitor correspondence.
  • Oversee the project's closeout phase.
  • Foster positive working relationships with counterparts at owner and engineering firms.
  • Contribute to proposals and participate in presentations as requested.
