Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for our Construction team. Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from initial planning to completion. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets.
2. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedule, and budget.
3. Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
4. Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
5. Ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
6. Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
7. Continually improving project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in construction project management/construction management
  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in life science construction or something relevant
  • A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • A strong understanding of construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • The ability to effectively manage project risks and ensure project success.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in project management practices.
