Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Track project against schedule, budget, and ensure for phase review objectives
- Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure that project milestones are met
- Responsible for several projects simultaneously
- Work with vendors and subcontractors effectively
- Direct all construction phases from estimating to project completion
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience within Commercial Construction (restaurant, retail, commercial)
- Commercial renovation experience required
- Travel required 40%-70% of the time, depending on projects
- Strong communication skills
- Cost control and project scheduling skills
