We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly and within budget. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing contract agreements, budgeting, scheduling, and handling project proposals.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
2. Managing contract agreements and ensuring all parties adhere to stipulated terms.
3. Developing comprehensive project budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered within these constraints.
4. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
5. Supervising all construction activities including excavation, paving, concrete work, and handling both wet and dry utilities.
6. Overseeing grading and ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes.
7. Utilizing MS Project Schedules, Civil 3D CAD, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam to plan, design, and manage construction projects.
8. Managing change orders and the RFI process to ensure project continuity and efficiency.
9. Coordinating with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in contract management, budgeting, and scheduling.
3. Proficiency in managing project proposals.
4. Extensive knowledge of civil construction processes including excavation, paving, concrete work, and handling both wet and dry utilities.
5. Experience in grading and understanding of relevant safety standards and building codes.
6. Proficiency in using MS Project Schedules, Civil 3D CAD, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
7. Experience in managing change orders and the RFI process.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
9. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
