Job Details

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the marketing launch process for each new market on deadline and on budget
Develop International marketing project plans and manage their day-to-day execution and delivery in coordination with other members of the department as well as cross-functional teams and external creative agencies and vendors, with the goal of creating scalable plans and processes
Create and execute project plans, including deadlines, specs, assets, budget, vendor coordination, status updates, approvals, and final delivery
Manage project budget, scope, schedule, and resources
Project manage the development, production, and dissemination of creative materials (print, video, or digital)
Build and track schedules and workflows; communicate deadlines, tasks, priorities across departments
Track and manage workflow through digital marketing, including email, paid media deployment, paid social, landing page creation, marketing automation, etc.
Thoroughly review and gather all pertinent information for project requests to develop strategies and schedules for creative execution in collaboration with team
Facilitate regular status meetings with key stakeholders and team members
Develop strategies for situations where processes do not exist, identify out-of-date processes and work to develop new ones
Manage repository of marketing assets
Help manage localization and approval of marketing copy and templates
Work closely with the hiring of vendors in new markets
Conduct international marketing research to understand Distributor, partner, and customer needs
Coordinate development and updating of country-specific marketing materials and training tools, ensuring accuracy and with a keen attention to detail
Identify country-specific variances
Assist with country-specific communications
New product launches outside the scope of launching new countries is included in the scope of this position

Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and/or related field required preferred
High School Diploma/GED required

Experience Requirements
4+ years of experience working in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with International brands, especially in the expansion phase
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Project Management experience and certification
Experience launching new products
