You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Managing the project budget, including cost control and construction estimating.
3. Implementing and managing automation and smart home technologies in our construction projects.
4. Leading and managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
5. Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure project success.
6. Managing contracts and procurement processes, ensuring all contracts are correctly administered and all procurement is carried out efficiently.
7. Overseeing site management, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with regulations.
8. Ensuring all safety management procedures are followed, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
9. Managing new construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in Construction Management, including managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
3. Strong skills in budgeting and cost control, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Experience in implementing and managing automation and smart home technologies in construction projects.
5. Exceptional team leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
6. Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategic plans.
7. Proven experience in contract management and procurement.
8. Strong skills in construction estimating.
9. Proven experience in safety management within the construction industry.
10. Experience in site management, with a strong understanding of construction regulations.
11. Proven experience in managing new construction projects.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
13. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
