Job Details

We are a premiere award-winning luxury residential home builder catering to high-end clients. We build single family residential homes in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. We are currently looking for a Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to supervise and manage the projects. The individual must be able to efficiently execute in a fast-paced atmosphere, handling all aspects of the building process. The Construction Superintendent / Project Manager must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task with ease, analytical, organized, and a team player.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
  • Assist team with project planning and developing schedules
  • Ensure a clear understanding of all aspects of assigned projects and communicates effectively to project team regarding: specifications, schedules, material and supply budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Must be able to work in a multiple-project environment
  • Ability to read and understand plans
  • Work with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, city inspectors, organize and direct activities concerned with projects
  • Monitor and control project through managing the construction schedule and directing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project is completed on schedule

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of ten years of experience in construction for single family homes and thorough knowledge of trades.
Applicant must be located in Los Angeles.
