We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is integral to the successful execution of our projects, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about leading and managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion. You will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with the following:
1. Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Air System, HVAC, MEP and Design Build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
6. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but NOT required
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proven working experience in project management, including all aspects of process development and execution.
4. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in engineering and technology.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
