We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the commercial industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest quality of work, and driving the success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, contract management, quality control, strategic planning, communication, and time management. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
3. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
4. Maintain high standards of work quality at all times, implementing quality control processes as necessary.
5. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals and objectives.
6. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure clear understanding of project expectations and deliverables.
7. Manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and addressing any issues that may cause delays.
8. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
9. Coordinate with team members and other professionals to ensure all project requirements are met.
10. Regularly report on project status to senior management, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing budgets and contracts.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
4. Demonstrated strategic planning skills, with the ability to foresee project challenges and develop effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
6. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines.
7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
9. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
10. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
