We are on the hunt for a driven, experienced, and detail-oriented Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where you will manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
5. Review and analyze blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project feasibility and accurate execution.
6. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
7. Implement and manage quality control programs, ensuring the highest standards are met.
8. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
9. Resolve any problems that may arise, providing effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
10. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients, architects, and consultants, reporting on the status of projects, and making necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
11. Lead and manage the project team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, growth, and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in construction management, quality control, scheduling, team leadership, communication, decision making, problem-solving, blueprint reading, procurement, site management, safety management, change management, conflict resolution, customer service, and technical understanding.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Strong leadership and team building skills.
8. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
10. Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
11. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
