Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This exciting opportunity calls for a seasoned professional with a strong background in plumbing and hvac service & construction, ready to lead projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project from inception to completion.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements, and develop full-scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing project budget and resource allocation.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Use risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC service and construction
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
