Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, building automation, and energy management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key projects and initiatives, helping to shape the future of our company. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project from inception to completion.
2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
6. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
7. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
8. Manage project development, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
9. Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
10. Ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
11. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
12. Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
2. At least 3 years of project management experience in the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience in construction, building automation, and energy management.
4. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
10. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
13. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
14. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
