Job Details

Your Role — What You’ll Do:
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, reviewing bid documents and correspondence
  • Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope and mitigate risk
  • Manage project setup logistics—submittals, RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, punch lists
  • Place material orders after approvals and coordinate deliveries
  • Present detailed work orders to production: specs, drawings, timelines, budgets
  • Communicate closely with production teams and conduct on-site visits as needed
  • Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis
  • Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation
  • Oversee project close-out: warranties, commissioning, manuals, as-builts
  • Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator

📚 Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree a plus
  • Experience: 3–5 years in project management; fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required
Requirements:
  • U.S.-based with reliable commute to office and job sites
  • Pass background checks for government-site access
  • Valid driver’s license
