Job Details

Are you looking for a "seat at the table" with a quickly growing general contractor? We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and strategic leader to manage and execute large-scale projects from conception to completion. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a role that combines technical expertise with strategic planning and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP & critical systems projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerning the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to transform blueprints into finished structures.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
4. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, including the selection of subcontractors, workforce management, materials, equipment, and site management.
5. Develop and implement project strategies and schedules, and ensure all project team members understand and adhere to these plans.
6. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations, including OSHA 30.
7. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
8. Monitor progress, provide regular status reports, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on track.
9. Resolve any issues or delays in the project promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
3. OSHA 30 certification is a must.
4. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.
11. Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
12. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
