Job Details
Responsibilities
+ Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
+ Conduct pre-job planning meetings, document outcomes, and ensure timely completion of action items.
+ Review project reports, monitor progress, and conduct cost and budget analysis.
+ Maintain project schedules and ensure alignment with master project schedules.
+ Oversee subcontract agreements and equipment buy-outs to support project goals.
+ Prepare and submit monthly billings to ensure proper project cash flow.
+ Review and validate project estimates and ensure accurate entry into cost systems.
+ Communicate project updates and issues promptly to management.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, trades, and internal teams.
+ Visit job sites to perform inspections, track progress, and proactively resolve issues.
+ Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen project delivery processes.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ 2–5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in MEP systems.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
+ Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
