We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Management. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have experience with RFI, OSHA, Construction Planning, Construction Projects, Project Management, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Healthcare Facilities, and Commercial Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met
• Manage all aspects of project documentation, including RFI, OSHA, and other relevant documents
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
• Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Experience with RFI, OSHA, Construction Planning, Construction Projects, Project Management, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Healthcare Facilities, and Commercial Construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
