Job Details

This position involves coordinating multiple aspects of nationwide technology installation projects. You will be responsible for managing schedules, communicating with clients and technicians, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and adjust schedules for field technicians and project tasks
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Ensure all project components, personnel, and materials are in place to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
  • Utilize internal tools to log work orders, track progress, and maintain documentation
  • Monitor project activity to ensure compliance with quality and service standards

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with networking, telecommunications, or technology installation projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with project management systems and office software
  • Willingness to be available for occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed
