Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
- Oversee site work, utilities, roadways, and other heavy civil scopes.
- Coordinate with owners, municipalities, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff.
- Review and manage contracts, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support project engineers and field teams to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
