Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Survey Manager to lead our survey operations and data collection efforts. The Survey Manager will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys to gather valuable insights for our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, a keen understanding of survey methodologies, and excellent communication abilities.


Survey Design and Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define survey objectives, target audience, and data requirements.
Design survey questionnaires that ensure accurate and actionable data collection while maintaining respondent engagement.
Utilize best practices in survey design to minimize bias and improve response rates.

Project Planning and Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining survey timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate and oversee survey implementation, including participant recruitment, data collection, and quality assurance processes.
Ensure surveys are conducted within set budgets and timeframes.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Manage the execution of surveys through various channels, such as online platforms, phone interviews, or in-person interactions.
Monitor data collection to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to survey protocols.
Collaborate with data analysts to interpret survey results, draw meaningful insights, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors during data collection.

Team Leadership and Training:

Lead a team of survey administrators, interviewers, and data collectors.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, statistics, market research), advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in survey design, implementation, and analysis.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple surveys concurrently.
Proficiency in survey software and tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team of survey professionals.
Understanding of statistical concepts and sampling methodologies.
