As a Project Manager with our firm, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously,
• Ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• You will work closely with the project team to develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation to final inspections

Qualified applicants will have:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Procore experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
