Job Details

Responsibilities

+ Lead and coordinate mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
+ Assign responsibilities, manage timelines, and ensure execution by all project team members
+ Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
+ Coordinate subcontractor agreements and material/equipment procurement
+ Review job progress, conduct regular site visits, and address project or contract issues as needed
+ Manage scope changes and provide accurate pricing and documentation for change orders
Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure alignment with master schedules
+ Handle project billing, financial reporting, and contract closeouts
+ Lead internal planning and progress meetings with project stakeholders
+ Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project managers and staff
+ Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners


Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
+ 7 or more years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in mechanical or MEP sectors
+ Proven ability to lead complex projects on-time and within budget
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
+ Decisive, results-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills
