Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

- Lead all phases of construction projects including planning, execution, and closeout
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation
- Oversee project budgets, job costs, and financial performance
- Prepare and review estimates, bid proposals, and contract documents
- Manage subcontractors, field teams, and project staff
- Drive schedule adherence and ensure on-time project delivery
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Lead project meetings, negotiations, and reporting
- Identify risks, solve problems, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Mentor and develop junior team members
What you need:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience (commercial preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in construction supervision, finance, and estimating
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract management
- Familiarity with union labor environments is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
