Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead all phases of construction projects including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Oversee project budgets, job costs, and financial performance
  • Prepare and review estimates, bid proposals, and contract documents
  • Manage subcontractors, field teams, and project staff
  • Drive schedule adherence and ensure on-time project delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings, negotiations, and reporting
  • Identify risks, solve problems, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

What you need:
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience (commercial preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in construction supervision, finance, and estimating
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract management
  • Familiarity with union labor environments is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
