Job Details

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized Project Manager to join our team in the Commercial Construction industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage a diverse range of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including estimates, budgets, and schedules. Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
3. Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
6. Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management.
7. Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
8. Foster and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
9. Continually seek opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

Qualifications:
(Note: 2-3 years of experience is also welcomed at an adjusted salary range.)

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
3. Must have experience managing commercial construction projects with an average budget of $500K - $2.5M+.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is an asset.
