We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction industry. This exciting role involves overseeing various construction projects from the initial concept to the final completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for construction and project management, and who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your main duties will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from initiation to completion.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth execution.
3. Managing project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within the allocated budget.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction safety and building regulations.
5. Identifying potential project risks and implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
6. Providing regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports and forecasts.
7. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page.
8. Resolving any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
9. Continuously improving project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field PREFFERED NOT REQUIRED
3. Proven track record of managing smaller TIs and/or large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. Proficiency in project management software.
9. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
10. PMP or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.
