Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing DSA and K12 projects, displaying exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
2. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to plan.
3. Review and analyze project specifications to determine the most cost-effective solutions and identify potential project risks.
4. Manage the project budget, including the procurement of materials and services.
5. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
6. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, including regular detailed project status reports.
7. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to create and implement a comprehensive project strategy.
8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean construction site.
9. Resolve any problems that may arise during construction, ensuring the project stays on track.
10. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful project elements for future implementation.

Qualifications:
1. Preferable, but NOT required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, with a focus on DSA and K12 projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage subcontractors effectively.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
8. Proficient in project management software and standard office software, including MS Office suite.
9. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
10. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
11. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
12. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
13. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
14. A strong understanding of safety and building codes, and regulatory requirements.
